Here at Dads Life, we reckon good customer service is just as important as a well-crafted dad joke. If you’ve got questions, we’re all ears – bigger than Dumbo’s! This here policy outlines how we can give you a hand when you need it.

1. Contacting Us: Reach out, and we’ll be there faster than a dad at a barbecue. You can send us an email, ring us up, or fill out the contact form on our website. Our Customer Support team is keen as mustard to help you out!

2. Hours of Operation: We love a good yarn and are here for you Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm (Australian Eastern Standard Time). On weekends and public holidays, we’re likely out enjoying some family time (or perfecting our dad jokes), but we’ll be back in action soon.

3. Response Times: We understand that waiting can be a bit of a bore, like a party without the prawns. That’s why we aim to respond to your queries within 24 hours on weekdays. If you get in touch over the weekend, please bear with us – we’ll reply first thing Monday morning.

4. What We Can Help With: Need help with an order? Not sure about our sizing? Confused about a product detail? We can help with all of that and more. If you’re having a stickybeak at our website and something’s not quite clear, just give us a shout!

5. What We Can’t Help With: We’re pretty ace at solving most issues, but sometimes, we might have to direct you elsewhere. For example, if you have technical issues with your web browser, we recommend contacting the provider or looking up solutions online. But we’ll always do our best to point you in the right direction.
