Crikey! We know that not every purchase will fit like a glove or hit the sweet spot like a well-timed dad joke, so here’s our simple and straight-up returns policy:

Received a faulty item?

If you’ve received an item that is damaged, incorrect, or faulty upon arrival, we’ll sort it out, no worries! Simply email us at support@dadslife.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include a photo of the issue and your order number in your message. We’ll take it from there and arrange a reprint and resend, or a refund if you prefer.

Change of heart?

We understand that sometimes you might have a change of mind. Unfortunately, because our items are custom-made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects. But hey, maybe it can make a nice gift for another dad in your life!

Received a wrong size?

We always advise our customers to carefully check our sizing chart before placing an order. Because every item is printed just for you, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size. Please double-check your size selection before clicking that ‘buy’ button!

Haven’t received your order?

If you’ve been waiting longer than our estimated delivery time, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at support@dadslife.com.au. We’ll investigate the matter and provide you with a solution.
