  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination, ranging from 4-14 business days.
  • Customs fees may apply based on local regulations, and customers are responsible for these charges.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination, and the weight of the order. You will see the final shipping costs at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

5. Local Production

To minimize shipping times and reduce carbon emissions, we produce orders as close to the delivery address as possible. However, some orders may be routed to international production facilities based on product availability and production capacity.

6. Packaging

7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

7.1 Consumer Guarantees:

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7.2 Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • If your product arrives damaged or faulty, you have 10 business days from the date of delivery to contact us to arrange an exchange or refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.
