Dad’s Life Returns and Exchange Policy

At Dad’s Life, all our products are made to order. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, in compliance with Australian Consumer Law, we are committed to providing remedies for products that arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described. Please read our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully.
1. Australian Consumer Law
1.1. Consumer Guarantees:
- Under Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
2.1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:
- If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you have 10 business days from the date of delivery to contact us to arrange an exchange or a refund.
2.2. Return Process:
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@dadslife.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide instructions on how to return the item. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged, faulty, or incorrect items.
2.3. Return Approval:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
- If approved, we will either send you a replacement product or process your refund as soon as possible.
3. Non-returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
3.1. Made to Order:
- All items are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
3.2. Exceptions:
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
- Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged, faulty, or not as described.
